We provide comprehensive representation to individuals with legal challenges involving:

• Special education. We work with parents who have children with special educational needs, helping you take all the legal steps available to free, public education for your child. See our section on special education law for more information.
• Guardianships. We will take care of all matters necessary to help you establish a guardianship for another person, whether a minor child or an adult who lacks the ability or capacity to make decisions. To learn more, see our page on guardianships.
• Estate planning. We will gather the necessary information to fully understand your situation and your estate planning goals. We will help you understand the different tools available to you, so that you can choose the strategy that meets your objectives. We will also prepare and execute all the documents required to put your estate plan in place, including wills, trusts, special needs trusts, powers of attorney, and advance medical directives.
• Probate and estate administration. We work with executors, administrators and personal representatives, helping you complete the requirements of the probate process and successfully administer an estate. We will prepare and file all documents required during the process and act as your advocate with heirs and beneficiaries, as well as the probate court. We will help you complete and submit an accounting of the assets of the estate, satisfy the final debts and taxes of the estate, and oversee the orderly distribution of property.
